'Stepping Out' 10th Anniversary Celebration Day

Care for Carers have been running "Stepping Out" residential respite weekends for carers in Linlithgow for 10 years now and I was booked to run a laughter workshop at one of these weekends in July.

On Friday 23rd September, I was booked again to do a talk about the health benefits of laughter with a small laughter taster session for the carers with the assurance that I would be booked for more laughter workshops next year.

It was a great day and the best news was that Care For Carers got the news a few days before their celebration day that their funding for Stepping Out has been secured for next year!  

I am really looking forward to working with Care For Carers and Stepping Out again - really rewarding as such a fantastic group of people up for anything!
