Personal statement: ‘Laughter Gym’ sessions and bespoke ‘Laugh Alive’ workshops are developed and led by Amanda Bate. Events benefit businesses, organisations, public groups, individuals and private parties and can be coordinated to take place in most settings.

Regular workshops, team-building sessions and week long holidays take place throughout the UK and in Spain and France.

‘Laugh Alive’s’ customized corporate events – which include a session of the ‘Laughter Gym’- increase performance and productivity in the work place. Fun and therapeutic sessions may include interactive, laughter exercises (Laughter Yoga, etc.) positive psychology, discussion and a non-strenuous, yet dynamic workout for the whole body system… releasing tension and inhibitions, increasing free-laughter, health, joy and well being.
