Personal statement: I run my workshops as "Laughter Incorporated". Laughter Incorporated can improve the general well-being, vitality and harmony of your group or team. Our aim is that you will finish the session relaxed and stress free.

Working for many years hands on with children and families as a social worker, team manager and also a foster carer, I learned to deal with stress and trained foster families for the demands of their job. I have experience working in statutory, voluntary, health and private sectors and was also employed by University to teach Communication Skills to trainee social workers.

I am an enthusiastic, creative and energetic individual and my interest in stress management was really sparked after a very difficult period of family illness.

I discovered Laughter Yoga and trained under the Laughter Guru, Dr Kataria. During the last couple of years I have developed a unique style Laughter Workshop which can be adapted to meet your training needs and incorporates laughter as an instant stress buster. When practiced in a group, laughter exercises quickly spread the feel good factor and can improve both health and interpersonal relationships at all levels in the workplace.
