Artemis Gathering in Banbury

Another enthusiastic Laughter Yoga session in the lovely Banbury, at the annual Artemis Gathering.

I laughed with 36 Pagans and a fellow laughter leader lady and her two sisters.

Her and her sisters antics were hilarious!

It was a most enjoyable session finishing off with (my first) laughing Caterpillar and a hearty laughter meditation. I also had one lady participating the whole session while she released tears through out.

We talked after and she said " I hope you dont' mind ...." The laughter released... she added!

The Laughter Yoga is becoming more and more popular at these pagan events, so I am looking forward to Witch Fest International in November 2011 in Croydon for another "Laugh".
