Interested in learning more about laughter ?

You'll learn new techniques for generating good moods, as well as planning ways of taking the spirit of laughter back into your everyday lives - and working out what in our lives makes us really happy.

There will be a session looking at creative games for bringing fun into day to day activities, and we'll look at some new research on what choices bring about the most happiness.

Plus we'll practice more of your favourite laughs from the regular Laughter Club meetings, have the chance to explore the role of laughter in your mood - and find out how to laugh when you really need it but don't feel like it.

You'll come away feeling that happiness is more within your reach, and that it's possible to live life with a sense of play and lightness.
