World Laughter Day

Venue: The Manchester Comedy Store (Arches 3 and 4 Deansgate Locks, Whitworth Street West, Manchester M1 5LH)
Cost: by donation to charity (fundaising for a reinwater harvesting scheme in Ghana)
A community of people coming together to laugh ourselves happier and healthier.
Includes an hour laughter yoga session from 3.30 to 4.30pm. Also laughter games and competitions.

Manchester celebrated World Laughter Day on Sunday 1st May with two hours of mirthful playfulness at the Comedy Store, Manchester.
Thirty people of all ages and backgrounds came together and generated genuine laughter, bringing happiness, boosting health, relieving stress, and building bridges.
With a mixture of Laughter Yoga activities, competitions and interactive games, we broke down barriers and broke into smiles
