Personal statement: Laughter and Happiness Coach, she uses her training and experience of NLP & laughter to help people live more lightly, by clearing barriers and be at their best.

More then 10 years ago she heard about transcendental chuckling and was delighted by the idea of people lying down on the ground, laughing for no reason other than the sheer joy of it. She uses laughter to help herself and others to lighten up their thoughts, attitudes and beliefs about living.

Carrie's aim is to help people laugh more easily and experience the pleasure of laughing just for the joy of it.
