More than 10 years ago she heard about transcendental chuckling and was delighted by the idea of people lying down on the ground, laughing for no reason other than the sheer joy of it.

She uses laughter to help herself and others to lighten up their thoughts, attitudes and beliefs about living.

Carrie's aim is to help people laugh more easily and experience the pleasure of laughing just for the joy of it.
