    b) a toolkit for running groups;
    b) practical experience;
    c) a certificate

What do you learn? Among other things:

  • To laugh more, and why its good for you
  • How to use this professionally, eg for teambuilding, therapeutically, as a social activity
  • The positive psychology/emotional intelligence/psycho-neuro-immunology connections

  • And much, much more

This makes it the perfect training tool for personal & professional development for: facilitators & trainers, coaches, carers, therapists, nurses, wellbeing specialists.
